• Works great with all waterbase markers, colored pencils, chalks, dye ink pads and pigment ink pads.
• Use this solution to refill Dove’s Blender Pens (not included) or straight from the bottle, with a brush, dropper or spray bottle. This package contains one 1oz/29.5ml bottle. Made in USA.

Can be used in Dove Refillable Blender Pens, Stampin Up Blender Pens – any water-soluble blending pen.  To refill, grasp the nib at the base with tweezers and use a dropper or bottle tip to add fluid to the barrel.
