Stewart Gill Byzantia Filigree Fluid

Fine tip nozzle 50ml bottle of outline effect paint.  Create filigree or faux cloisonne effects, like an embossed outline using a heat tool

How to use:

Squeeze directly from the applicator nozzle or apply to stamps directly onto paper, card or textiles. Leave to dry naturally, and then heat from above with a crafting heat tool, until the Filigree fluid raises up to form a patterened raised texture. You can heat while still wet for a more exaggerated puff texture. Paint the puff pattern once cooled, with any paints. Filigree Fluid is more stable on textiles, less resistant to pick-off, and slower drying than other commercially available expanding pastes
