These pencils are made in Mexico, and are New Old Stock from several years ago – I had intended them for gifts and stashed them away… The images are from the actual tins for sale, front and back, and not the same cover art as the currently available tins. They were purchased from a USA Craft wholesaler and are GENUINE PRISMACOLOR brand and quality.
